Chevelles at the Beginning

Learn more about Chevelles Restaurant and Bar. The story starts with Larry and Thea, along with their 4 children, Austin, Sarina, Thea Belle, and Dean, have over 150 years of experience in the restaurant business between them. Larry and Thea first met years ago in a local restaurant in the Hampton’s NY. Larry had just graduated from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America and Thea obtained her first job as a salad girl.

Chevelles The Story

A few years later, they met again in New York City at a chic new restaurant called Metropolis Café. Larry was expanding his culinary expertise as Executive Chef in New York while Thea was waiting tables and helping pay her way through college at Tobe-Coburn, school for Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing, & Management. Their love for each other, as well as for food & fashion combined with hot rods, motorcycles, classic cars, & rock & roll, spun out an idea waiting to come to life. Hence Chevelles; meaning Bold & Beautiful

Chevelles is a motor sports themed restaurant and bar with apparel and live music. Chevelles takes pride in preparing the highest quality in steaks, seafood, chicken, pasta, salads, & desserts. We make all of our own sauces, soups, stocks, salads, dressings & desserts. We uses fresh ingredients in all of their recipes. Join us for Lunch or Dinner or Take-Out.
